Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that might help you.

How soon can I get my account live with Ylopo?

Our standard timeline is 3-4 weeks, but could be earlier if there are no delays encountered and client finishes all training.

If you're working with a Paying Lender Partner as part of your setup process, delays may occur if the Ylopo Lender Paperwork is not signed immediately.

Can Ylopo integrate with our existing CRM?

Ylopo integrates with most of the well-known and existing CRMs, ensuring smooth data synchronization and workflow optimization. Our team will guide you through the integration process to maximize efficiency. Please note that some integrations may be partial, resulting to a limited access to certain Ylopo features. For more details, please consult your Implementation Specialist or check this CRM Integration comparison

IMPORTANT NOTE: Ylopo can only integrate ONE CRM per license

Is the Branded Site the same site as the Home Search Site that you built me?

No, your Home Search Site is limited in scope to just displaying your MLS’s listing data. This is the site that Ylopo uses to capture leads and to pull your own “featured” listings as well as MLS home search into your Branded Site.

Your Branded Site is larger in scope and functions as your marketing website. This site will not only contain MLS homes-search and your own featured listings but also to showcase you and your team. This site also provides information and content about the towns and communities where you work. Sample branded site HERE.

Can I edit my sites at any time?

You can edit your Branded Site at any time via the Squarespace backend access we will be providing, though some changes may need to be handled by our Design Team

Why Do we need an approval from our MLS board to use their IDX feed? Can we go live without the IDX feed?

You need approval from your MLS board to use their IDX feed because it contains property listing data that is subject to specific terms and conditions set by the MLS board. This approval ensures compliance with MLS regulations and protects the integrity of the data.

Does Ylopo provide a CRM?

No, Ylopo does not provide a CRM. If you don't have a CRM yet, you'll need to sign up for one so we can integrate this to the Ylopo system.
